Nourish

Nourish is a collection of thoughtfully curated prompts for emotional well-being and self-care, intended to be used as a book on its own or with the accompanying deck of cards.

The prompts are drawn from the combined expertise of three psychotherapists who use these tools with their own clients.

Draw one card and work with it for a day, or draw a hand for the week and make a goal to take time for each of those activities.
